Terrible. They managed to screw up the new tenant moving in at the very last minute and then tried to get me to continue paying rent. It also took far too long to get the deposit back, not to mention all the problems with the property itself. I would strongly avoid.

Rent Guru didnt bother to sort any of the issues, I chose not to move in and Rent Guru and kept my full deposit despite this.
