Agency was very expensive and I had to put a lot of money down before moving in. The agency did do an inspection every 3 months and were quite strict regarding things such as blue tack on the wall, which is not a bad thing. I never had an issue with the property so I cannot comment on how they handle problems.

With Williams & Goodwins. Very, very slow at fixing issues. Bad communication, non-existent communication with landlord themselves. Takes them weeks before anything gets fixed. For example, our cooker broke (and oven) and it took them over a week to fix so we couldn't cook anything. It took them a week to fix a toilet (pretty bad!!). A broken tv point has been reported A YEAR AGO and it still hasnt been fixed! Ridiculous!
