Honestly, does not sort anything out! So many complaints about things being broken, it's like they don't care. You have to pester and pester for things to be done. Outrageous.

With Williams & Goodwins. Very, very slow at fixing issues. Bad communication, non-existent communication with landlord themselves. Takes them weeks before anything gets fixed. For example, our cooker broke (and oven) and it took them over a week to fix so we couldn't cook anything. It took them a week to fix a toilet (pretty bad!!). A broken tv point has been reported A YEAR AGO and it still hasnt been fixed! Ridiculous!

Really nice neighbourhood, definitely the 'posh' part of Caernarfon. Very peaceful, not far from town centre, close to the leisure centre and Morrisons.
