Monika Rae is the most unkind, unempathetic, and inhumane person I have ever come across. We sought her help during the most stressful times in my life, where both me and my wife lost our jobs, and at the same time, my mother was diagnosed with cancer. We had to leave the property as we had no financial means to afford the rent. We requested her to not penalise us for early termination.
However, she was not only rude and abrasive throughout our interactions, but she also attempted to charge us more than we owed. She was devoid of any compassion or sympathy, had no regard for our difficult situation, and seemed solely focused on extracting more money from us.
Even my landlord expressed frustration with the agency and mentioned plans to switch to another. Winchester White is one of those letting agencies that will use any unscrupulous tactics to squeeze more money out of its customers. I strongly advise everyone to avoid them.

They locked me out of a 3 year contract, and neglected to do any repairs on the flat.
When I tried to reason to leave with a dead of surrender, they told me I had to pay £30K for the rest of the tenancy.
I also offered to pay rent for 2 months until they find a tenant. That is enough to do repairs and find someone, given it is London. Even had to pay for the pest control myself. No one helped us, including the council.
Do not do business with this abysmal company. As you can see they only care about the check at the end of the month.

Winchester White frequently got things muddled up, forgot that they held a set of maintenance keys.
We signed the tenancy agreement, and then subsequently they came back to ask us to sign their 'pre-agreement' contract they had forgotten about, which frankly was just designed to put prospective tenants in a horrible position and liable for a hundred and one unreasonable things, and pushing crony insurance packages on tenants. Since we had already agreed a tenancy we obviously refused this nonsense.
Incompetent and complacent about violating tenants' rights.
They were happy being a shield for a terrible landlord and making sure none of our communications about maintenance issues went anywhere.
They tried very hard to prevent us from finding out how to contact our landlord directly.
We agreed the tenancy on the condition of new mattresses being provided which were filthy, but arrived to the old filthy mattresses.
Took a lot of back-and-forth with them blaming us (?) to get a bathroom ventilation fan that was incredibly loud but did not pull an airflow to be replaced.
