The landlord was probably salt to the wound. The staff were terrible, creepy and uptight. It is outlined in their policy that certain repairs are emergencies but this wasn’t adhered to in reality. I had an window I couldn’t close for 2 weeeks! I also couldn’t use my TV for the same reasons. The staff are also Incredibly intrusive and would frequently go into my room without permission. I only found out because of some very strange happenings! When I confronted the landlord they said all they could do was apologise. Completely dismissing the seriousness of the problem. I have never been so outraged by a service in my life. It is clear their only motivation is securing rent. Not a single care about anyone who lives in that building.
