Landlord reviews for Derwent Students Rayleigh Park in Nottingham

My landlord is being very unreasonable and arrogant regarding third term payments. As we are students and were told to go back to our family homes and so we did, but our landlord is still forcing us to pay our third instalment, despite every other UON accommodation are not forcing their tenants. After numerous emails, they are still beoing stubborn and are refusing to reply to our emails.

The title really sums this up, most of the issues you face are resolved quickly with a good job. There are some issues like blocked sinks where a flatmate was handed a plunger as try this first before we send someone in which is reasonable I suppose.

However, after seeing the way the COVID-19 situation has been handled, frankly, only use this landlord if you have to. I've chosen to stay elsewhere next year and after six years of renting this is the only landlord I wouldn't want to return to.

All but one of the accommodation blocks which (minus the road running through them) are all on a single complex have had their third term fees waived.
