Owner is purely only in this for the money. According to the letting agents the owner owns most flats in the block.
Owner is extremely unresponsive and took 12 weeks to provide a second set of keys to the property and over 6 months to fix a mould issue (issue only fixed when we handed and the landlord needed to show potential new tenants around)
If this flat is perfect when you move in and you do not have any problems then you will enjoy living here. If problems occur then good luck!
