Landlady has issues!! Does not like male tenants. Constantly emails and texts. Messages are constant (can be up to 10 at a time), threatening, rambling, abusive, inappropriate,, rude, name calling, over shares about her own life and issues. At one point Letting agent and Police were involved and warning letter had to be sent to her. She should not be a Landlady managing the property herself. Really horrid stressful tenancy would not wish this on anyone else. Landlady lives opposite so can see house at all times and therefore comments/rants about bins, visitors etc very uncomfortable to live here CANNOT EMPHASISE ENOUGH DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE

Definitely the worse thing about the tenancy. She was delusional and kept accusing 'head Tennant' as a bully and mean and hostile. When I was simply wanting her to deal with the leak. Didn't believe we should have all radiators working when we found one didn't work and one wouldn't turn off (so it was like an oven) , as she wasn't using hers. Believed it was a luxury living at the house. Accused our black friend (Tennant) of smoking weed as she thought she could smell it in the carpet (even though our house don't take drugs or smoke). Wouldn't pay for labourers an extra hour to complete the jobs properly. Was threatening to charge us for the gardening (even though our contract said it was the landlords responsibility). Was going charge us for lightbulbs and other things (all the lightbulbs worked when we left the property). Came and did an inspection without giving us the prior warning. Didn't give us an inventory when in the contract it should have been. When using the car park with the house was sent angry notes about using 'someone else's carpark' and noticed a white van turn up and move bottles and other things out of the garage. She will try charge the Tennants for anything when it is the landlords responsibility. She doesn't understand the contract signed or the law.
