Landlady has issues!! Does not like male tenants. Constantly emails and texts. Messages are constant (can be up to 10 at a time), threatening, rambling, abusive, inappropriate,, rude, name calling, over shares about her own life and issues. At one point Letting agent and Police were involved and warning letter had to be sent to her. She should not be a Landlady managing the property herself. Really horrid stressful tenancy would not wish this on anyone else. Landlady lives opposite so can see house at all times and therefore comments/rants about bins, visitors etc very uncomfortable to live here CANNOT EMPHASISE ENOUGH DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE

House has 6 bedrooms 2 on ground floor. Modern house no real maintenance issues although toilet broke twice within first month but this was fixed. No kettle, microwave, toaster or hoover had to supply these. One room had no curtains for a month and bed was broken in another although was replaced.
