FANTASTIC! Very responsive to emails, quick to fix any complaints, had the whole flat repainted while we were here and several boiler issues fixed promptly. Have never met him in 2 years so I believe he hasn't visited. Generally very relaxed and seems to care about tenants settling and feeling at home, lenient about nails in the wall etc., doesn't do inventory which you may like or not but it is much less paperwork and if you want to protect yourself just make sure you take photos when moving in.

Showed us the flat twice, helpful enough processing. Roughly £250 each for fees so not cheap. Otherwise had no dealings with them except when arranging viewings ready for when we move out.

Decent space for two people and well decorated. Nice to have some outside space, especially so close to the centre, balcony gets the sun until 1-2pm. Heating works well, now timed, and bills reasonable. Great, quiet location and ground floor flat makes moving easy. Hallway gets smelly in the summer from wet carpets and is usually quite crowded with bikes. Noise travels but most tenants are reasonable. Upstairs occupant can be fairly loud in odd ways but doesn't usually disturb, apparently has weird exercise habits (latest guess is a pogo stick) and she has complained about our noise, sometimes unreasonably (eg. turning our bathroom light on/off?!) but is receptive to reasonable discussion/responses, would advise swapping numbers and texting if there are any issues.

Great location and very quiet for so close to the centre. Sometimes other occupants in the building smoke or talk on their balconies late at night, it will depend on the night and the people renting but most will be quiet if asked (usually out of the window..) and isn't normally an issue. Safe area, nice pub at the end of the road just refurbished, 5 minutes to the triangle and 10 minutes to university area, 20-25 mins walk to town centre.
