Decent space for two people and well decorated. Nice to have some outside space, especially so close to the centre, balcony gets the sun until 1-2pm. Heating works well, now timed, and bills reasonable. Great, quiet location and ground floor flat makes moving easy. Hallway gets smelly in the summer from wet carpets and is usually quite crowded with bikes. Noise travels but most tenants are reasonable. Upstairs occupant can be fairly loud in odd ways but doesn't usually disturb, apparently has weird exercise habits (latest guess is a pogo stick) and she has complained about our noise, sometimes unreasonably (eg. turning our bathroom light on/off?!) but is receptive to reasonable discussion/responses, would advise swapping numbers and texting if there are any issues.
