Candace Francis in London

Candace Francis showed her inexperience as a landlord in the 6 months we knew her. Not only did she not put our deposit in the protection scheme, we saw or heard her several times a week as she thought she had the right to come into our flat and hang out in the kitchen doing her business. She accepted us 2 professionals to live in the bottom floor 2 rooms but then accepted 2 young, fresh out of college boys to live above us who only wanted to party, have their friends around and congregate in the shared kitchen. Their behaviour is perfectly fine but it didn't match with our stage of life. The landlord hadn't even set up one of the boy's furniture before he had moved in, so one day she spent all afternoon building the wardrobes etc with her friend until 10-11pm at night when we had to go and ask them to leave. She really did not understand that she did not live there and that her tenant's have a right to live in their home without nuisance from the landlord!
