Person who acts as a landlord to represent the actual landlord.
No requested repairs were provided, even the ones she agreed to (cupboards and window). I suspected a leak due to a wet stain on the ceiling. She sent someone to investigate, said it’s inactive and left it at that, with a stain on my ceiling.
Very difficult to communicate with, didn’t reply to my noise complaints and even though I provided her with a lot of evidence she chose to ignore it because they rented a bigger flat = more money for her, so preferred to ignore me.
Left me a bad review calling me a ‘challenging tenant’ for asking her to do her job. Inflated costs deducted from deposit which I’m challenging.
