Studio flat in a converted building divided in studio flats. Good size, fairly new kitchen and bathroom. Windows and walls damaged, no sound insulation. Loud neighbours in the attic and landlord ignoring messages. Other tenants complaining about the landlord services too - intercom not fixed, bins were messy, leaks and paint peeling off the walls of the corridor.
