Repairs were well done and generally carried out personally by the landlord. We had to have the bathroom sink tap and shower tap replaced. The former was done in less than 36 hours. The latter was somewhat slower and took 4 days, but did get done. Both repairs have worked correctly since.
Did not deal well with mould in the property and largely expected us to sort this ourselves. Refused to replace severely worn out barely functional mattresses, and handed over the property without verifying the functionality of all bedroom radiators.
