Initial contact with the landlord was okay - he did appear severel times at the beginning of our tenancy without notice. Took living in the property for 18months to have the extraction fan in the kitchen replaced as it was broken when we moved in.
Boiler constantly leaked throughout our tenancy and when serviced I was told by the plumber that he should really condem it but wouldn't as it would mean we would have to find alternative accomadation while it was replaced.
On challenging the rental increase, landlord became very argumentative and hostile towards us as tenants.
