Old Cottage in village location. Kitchen had part of the wall falling down. Dining room and one bedroom upstairs prone to mould.
Had issues with leaking pipes from the bathroom - landlord replaced bathroom but then tryed to charge us more rent for doing so. If the problem hadn't been fixed, we would have had sewage running down the walls.
Windows not properly fitted within the living room, creating a huge draft throughout winter.
Front door was buckled so struggled to completely bolt door closed and would blow open in the wind unless locked constantly.
