Awful attitude in my opinion, entered my room without me being there, tried to move my tenancy date when it was up for renewal so I would be charged an extra week, and happy to let abusive unemployed tenants to stay in the property despite it being advertised as a professional house share.
Huge amount of mold in the bathroom which was fixed by painting over it.
Nice on the surface but in my opinion hasn't got the skill, professionalism, or temperament to understand property law and be an unbiased landlady or deal with complaints about other tenants in a fair way in accordance with the law.
Allows abusive tenants who are their friends (in my opinion) to stay in the property, sends a torrent of poorly written and toned messages if they think energy bills are too high (despite it being all inclusive), doesn't allow access to heating controls and in my opinion, is against anything/anyone they consider different/woke.
Absolutely awful experience.
