landlord was very slow to respond, did not care about the flood and mould, refuse to compensate for during renovation, took advantage of the situation to do extra renovation and stalled the situation for 5 months before fixing it while finding all sorts of excuses, also refuse to pay referencing fees and instead splitting it and adding it into the rent

The landlord did not pay for the renovation at first, was not constructive

unwilling to solve problems and evasive, hard to communicate and do not take responsibilities for damages
