2 bed 2 bath, mould inside one of the bedrooms that wasnt cleaned and just painted over, had a flash flood and the landlord waited 5 months before fixing it, included furnitures were old and disgusting, some are even broken but they refuse to throw away and asked me to deal with it myself

There was a leak and mould grew

very bad, all the things are broken and old, wood chips everywhere and oven have black smoke.
