nice neighbourhood with different selections of supermarkets and groceries shops, very lively with kids and a playground below

bad neighbourhood, lots of noises

ok area, woke up by a electric saw every morning because people are cutting grass at 7am, noisy children around

Transportation is alright with around 10-15mins walk to the closet DLR station. However a skatepark is right behind the building, so you will always hear loud music from the skatepark at night. The residential parking is always blocked by cars parked by the parents from the school opposite

very nice neighbourhood with very nice transort links. but unfortumstely this doesnt make up for having to go through a one year lawsuit

No complaints about the neighbourhood. Close links to the university and good transport links.
