Mark is so relaxed and basically his attitude is he don’t care as he is not living here. It has taken 5 months to finally get theheating working. You are expected to take time off to let workers in. Since we moved in we had to clean the house before we could move are belongings in, carry out repairs that we not done before we moved in. He basically don’t give a damn at how long anything takes to get fixed. The quality of works that are carried out are poor with them needing to be done two or three times or even by yourself if you really want it done properly
