Mark is so relaxed and basically his attitude is he don’t care as he is not living here. It has taken 5 months to finally get theheating working. You are expected to take time off to let workers in. Since we moved in we had to clean the house before we could move are belongings in, carry out repairs that we not done before we moved in. He basically don’t give a damn at how long anything takes to get fixed. The quality of works that are carried out are poor with them needing to be done two or three times or even by yourself if you really want it done properly

The property at 20 burroughs drive has been a total nightmare since we moved in 5 months ago. Heating system never worked properly until two weeks ago after the leaking in the cylinder cupboard and ground floor study were finally fixed. Strong drafts coming through gaps in front door and first floor window. Over was faulty and again only just repaired. It has been found that the house has not been built to current standards with problems on plumbing, electrics and th3 developer has had to come to the nomourous times. The ground floor is freezing in the mornings and the upper floors are so uncomfortably hot at night you can’t sleep. Parking is an absolute nightmare with no spaces for visitors who get tickets for parking here with no permits at 6am in the morning yet people park here during the day to walk to the station with no problem.
