Horrible vile bully. Liar and all round the worst landlady I have EVER come across. Avoid at all costs

She is the worst landlord I've ever had the displeasure of renting from. She constantly says she's coming round for inspections without turning up. We're also constantly told that people are coming to view the house without anyone turning up and then will have people turn up for viewings with no warning at all. She will only respond to your issues when it suits her (even when you have no heating or hot water in winter for months). The house has a crazy mould problem which we had to threaten her by getting environmental health evolved and even then she did a very sub par job.
