They are a very greedy place, I had to evacuate back due to pandemic, and they are refusing to refund me for the rent (approximately 2000£) I paid in advance.

The building is owned and managed by Mears Student Living. They're not willing to put any money towards fixing any of the issues, yet they are still raising the prices each year. They're ridiculous and it's foreseeable…
