They are a very greedy place, I had to evacuate back due to pandemic, and they are refusing to refund me for the rent (approximately 2000£) I paid in advance.

The apartment has a lot of issues. The rooms are very dirty and they have mold all over the walls and ceilings. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything your flatmates and roommates are saying and doing.
