Worst landlord I've had. Never had any deposit deducted until now and felt like I was powerless in disputing the charges. The invoice provided for the deposit deductions was questionable as no address for the company providing the work was provided. We were charged for wear and tear, plus removing a door that had already been removed before we moved in. 24 hours was not given to us when checks were needed to be conducted and we were expected to be home on the days they'd arranged the visits even if we were supposed to be at work. Issues with the water supply, every time we used the washing machine it would overheat. Interestingly we had to provide our own washing machine which means they must have been aware of a water issue. Electric heaters meant that the electricity cost were extremely high. The property is now being advised as £80 a month cheaper than what we paid, meaning we were being overcharged. Finally, any correspondence with the landlord was overly formal and quite rude. Avoid.

The property itself inside is ok. Too hot in the summer and too cold in the winter. No bath. No washing machine. No fridge. Outside the property is awful and due to the entrance being down an alley, it often attracts drunks and can feel unsafe
