Abusive, aggressive, bullying and threatening from all staff members at Manchester Domestics. Do not care for anything except the money for rent. Manipulative, condescending and downright nasty. This is of course once you move in and begin to comment on how the place is run. Before that I'm sure you are met with a nice warm smile and a friendly conversation but I assure you, this doesn't last, as I have experienced myself. Unless you want to be made to feel like a fool avoid this landlord! Had numerous runnings with him, often involving the police and legitimate complaints, all of which have been rebuffed and thrown back in my face. It seems Simon in particular enjoying exploiting his tenants and bullying them and regularly calls his tenants victims upon them speaking out about their experiences. Not a nice guy and not a nice company to rent a room from.

Manchester Domestics operating as an agency are terrible. A shambles of a property management company. Complaints are thrown back in tenants face, abuse from staff is common, harassment also and bullying too. These people are shady businessmen and hold no care for their tenants one bit.

The property at Weaste Lane is barely kept to a livable standard. Carpets are filthy, the kitchen lino is ripped and laid unprofessionally, the doors around the house are clearly made on a budget and make the house look depraved. The living room isn't really a living room, no TV, no appliances, one sofa which has had one too many bums sat on it. The front yard has been reported by numerous neighbours due to the sheer messiness of it and yet upon reporting it to the landlord - nothing is done.
