Landlord rating

It was all fine until we needed our hot water fixed. Over 2.5 weeks at the end of our tenancy without hot water of any kind. I'm sure they dragged it out so they didn't have to pay emergency callout fees with an electrician to fix the water heater. The only thing we got back was an apology "for the inconvenience" and a refusal to consider any kind of rent reduction for that period.
Landlord also didn't tell us about the £225PCM increase until 2 weeks before the end of the tenancy which left us very little time to find a new place to live. This is despite us asking for details 2 months before the end of the tenancy.
They're fine until you actually need to contact them or deal with them in any capacity.

Property rating

High spec property - nice and modern with all the conveniences you could want - concierge, gym, pool, roof terrace. All great until they break. It is extremely common for the lifts to break and not unheard of to not have the use of either lift for a full day which isn't good in a 20 floor building. Pool closed often and even when open is not very often that all of it is operating.
