High spec property - nice and modern with all the conveniences you could want - concierge, gym, pool, roof terrace. All great until they break. It is extremely common for the lifts to break and not unheard of to not have the use of either lift for a full day which isn't good in a 20 floor building. Pool closed often and even when open is not very often that all of it is operating.
