Agency takes no responsibility for faults, won't resolve problems unless forced to or threatened with Council action. Agents show up unannounced to conduct viewings, show potential tenants around our rooms when we're not there or when we're ill (incredibly uncomfortable for both us tenants and the poor students being shown in), they then leave our doors unlocked which invalidates any insurance policies we hold. Agents are unhelpful and unprofessional, when we try to complain and challenge them they don't respond (I was left on hold by one agent before the call dropped).

Kitchen doesn't have enough cupboards, surfaces, or refrigerator space for a 4 person house share. Bins weren't provided until weeks into the tenancy. Mould was present on move in, radiators don't heat up properly, back door is faulty and doesn't open or close properly.

The area is perfectly nice for Salford. As with any urban city there's occasional issues with youths, but nothing street smarts can't handle. Close to the university and to the shopping centre and supermarket.
