Letting Agent rating
Fraud, forgery and more.
Absolute bunch of crooks and liars, willing to break the law in pursuit of their goals. Patronising, ignorant liars, cowards, willing to lie through their teeth. Thats just the Manchester office.
Apparently its normal for subsequent landlords to pay for all the work raised against the previous landlord according to the IQ challenged representative in this 'company'. But its also acceptable to levy charges for all the utilities even though the landlord has already paid. Fraud all the way, so now reported to the police as they dont seem to understand contract alaw 101.
Then you have RFM trading, the 'maintenance' company. Couldn't maintain a straight line with a ruler and a crayon. Using silicone spray sealant to seal tiles in a shower, replacing a sink as it was blocked or charging for fantasy non-existent furniture. £500 to remove 30 bags of rubbish, and more.
Lies lies and more lies, making things up as they go, fantasy invoices and more.

Under no circumstances should anyone do business with this company or any company related to it. It will cause only misery and regrets. Avoid at all costs.

Property rating
Property was actually ok and the new land lord is doing everything possible to improve standard. Quick to respond to any and all issues, replaced beds and white goods, with decorating ongoing.
Highly recommended.
