Awful, whenever we requested things to be fixed it was ignored.
Left us without a black bin for 6 months so rubbish piled in back garden and in the end had mice infestation.
Charged us at end of tenancy for items in the house already broken when we moved in.
Staff constantly changing at the agency so nobody knew what was going on.
Emails ignored.
Only took action when we threatened them about going to the Citizens advice bureau.

Mostly student houses surrounding with no consideration for the area. Street was a mess with litter.
