Agents were really good tbh. Easy to get hold of, and pretty responsive to faults & repairs. Initial fees were expensive, but now that the government have outlawed tenancy fees, it should be fine.

This is for one of the ground floor Townhouses. 2 great sized double bedrooms (one with en-suite), and a smaller double on the ground floor. Huge spacious lounge and really well decorated throughout.
Only problem is that the place is so big, and the heaters are all electric, so it's really expensive to keep warm. The hot water is a new immersion-style tank, so keeping that warm also adds to the bills. My electricity bill was £1600 in 9 months; with only two people living there!
It's also really noisy. You can hear other apartment doors banging, and people having conversations in the hallways; even when you're upstairs in the lounge or in bed. Noise from outside is also very loud, especially weekend nights.

Area rating
Great to get into and out of the city centre easily. Can be noisy at night though; especially being at a major junction of a major road. Expect sirens 24/7, and noisy neighbours.
