33 Longwood Road

We stayed at 33 Long Wood Road for several years. Unfortunately, our experience became difficult towards the end of the tenancy. Communication became challenging and we are still chasing the return of our deposit. We also had concerns about personal post being opened without our permission. We had asked for our post to be kept safely for collection, but the landlord stated that he had the right to open it because he owned the property. This was concerning and made us uncomfortable about our privacy. We have kept relevant messages and evidence relating to our experience. I would recommend future tenants keep clear written records, photographs and videos throughout their tenancy.

We lived at 33 Long Wood Road for several years. The property was adequate for our needs, but in our experience it was not maintained or upgraded to the standard we would expect considering the level of rent.
