The agency are very bad, I have been threatened by maintenance staff, the cleaners have finally been CAUGHT stealing after numerous complaints of things going missing when they arrive. The cleaners are dodgy looking characters that DONT EVEN CLEAN!!! They mop using old dirty water and leave the place in worse condition than they met it with. They hide the mess and take videos to send to the agency. On the day the cleaners arrive, items go missing and the agency are very dismissive and saying that I am a liar. The agency refuse to provide things that are OUR ENTITLEMENT as they are a large HMO. In order for them to do these things I have to bring legislative proof in order for them to provide us with the bare minimum. My bathroom sink was fixed by someone that isn't even a trained plumber and it now constantly leaks! He said 'Just put a cup under there' when he left.
Complaints regarding the property or their staff is just ignored and a horrible attitude towards tenants!

The property is an 8 bed, the carpet is frayed and lifting in communal spaces. I was living for 2 months without heating, there is carpet missing in my bedroom that they have refused to fix. The drier is damaged and makes noises when you switch it on, complaints regarding the microwave resulted in 2 second hand microwaves where the RUST was painted over. A leak that is still ongoing is pouring onto a light switch. If they can avoid fixing it, they will. Its absolutely disgusting. The property is cold and the agency make threats via text to charge us because people are using electric heaters to stay warm. There is mould in the bathrooms and damaged sinks. The machine was leaking for months and they replaced it with something in worse condition.

These are the conditions they have people living in. I wouldnt wish this on my enemy!
