The owner of the house is the woman, but the real manager of everything is the husband. If they find a possibility to take your money with no reason they will do it. In addition, they increased the rent by more than 25% and threatened me with eviction letter if I didn't agree in 24h.

The house has two rooms. The carpet is very old and landlords said at the beginning of the tenancy they would change it, but then they took advantage of me not being a native English speaker to make me believe I didn't understand them properly.
