Agnes and her husband, Lee, were excellent landlords. They were kind, responsive and very helpful and efficient. Their property is so lovely and well kept that I didn't really have any problems. We maintained a professional and warm relationship throughout my tenancy. On moving out my removals people made a small amount of damage to the paintwork and Agnes and Lee were so kind and only deducted the exact amount of cost needed to make the repair. I would highly recommend them.

The owner of the house is the woman, but the real manager of everything is the husband. If they find a possibility to take your money with no reason they will do it. In addition, they increased the rent by more than 25% and threatened me with eviction letter if I didn't agree in 24h.
