Never saw him, however he always took ages to authorise any repairs (this could have been the letting agent). The record for the longest repair was 11 months to repair a broken and leaking sink upstairs. The garden gate took 6 months to repair after winds had damaged it - at the time I thought that was going to be the longest repair.

Literally made up reasons to charge our deposit at the end of the tenancy. They delayed telling us what information they needed at the end of the tenancy to go over the 3 month mark with the tenancy deposit scheme so that we were unable to challenge their made up fees.

Worn and not updated in 8 years that we lived there. Repairs took an age to do - one taking 11 months to repair a leaking sink!!

The local area was really great with amazing neighbours. Would have given it a 10/10, however a troubled kids home opened up at the end of our street and they ended up taking drugs in our garden and causing all sorts of havok.
