Barely communicated with me. Left me years without fixing things. Was a really Nasty piece of work. Didn’t give me any notice to move out I had only 2 weeks to get out of the flat, and he then charged me for this. At the end of my tenancy he tried to charge me £1300 for loads of things that he was supposed to fix from the start! A total fraud and was really nasty throughout.

The whole flat was dark and dingy. Most things were covered in mould. All windows were permanently misted and you can’t see out of them. Two of the radiators were broken so the flat was very cold. There was also many creatures such as mould mites, silverfish, false widows, lada beatles and woodlice. The front door was broken for the whole time I was there.
