The property was unclean (found mouldy chocolate behind a chest of drawers) and smelled of cigarettes when we moved in, we left it clean and were still charged a cleaning fee. Someone had left behind an old mattress and random card board boxes which we had to dispose of ourselves.

Property was prone to mould which they were very slow to treat - more than one of us would have to report the problem to get it sorted. The back door in the wall of the garden was hanging off and not secure at all. The painter turned up to repaint the inside walls of the property during the summer.
