My landlady Selina Morton at Rentahouse in Birkenhead has deducted 80% of our deposit because 15 year old carpets were damaged? She never changed them and the ones that were renewed we paid half towards them. Apparently rented properties get carpets changed every 4 to 5 years not by Selina Morton....

The condition of property was fine as we've lived there for 14 years 9 months. Landlady decided to sell give us 4 months noticed but insisted we co operate with agents at letting people in. That's fine as long as agents do their job and walk round my home with viewers.

Area was fine gated complex on Brookhouse. House was good just last few months of landlady because she got desperate. Now after evicting us to sell property its up for rent.
