Did not provide key to the postbox, and 2nd set of keys for the other tenant. Aggressive and abusive during the tenancy. I never had such a horror experience with any other landlord. Stolen my deposit without any explanation.

They are criminals. Did not respond to repairs several months before the Covid pandemic, and they have stolen my deposit. Aggressive and abusive staff, the worst people I have ever seen.

The property was damaged by a burst water pipe which belongs to a different flat in the block. No repairs have been done, and I was threatened with eviction despite I paid my rent already.

Shops and transport are good, but the blockhouse is full of inconsiderate people. They are unfriendly, and do not comply to basic hygiene measures, for example the rubbish disposal is a hazard because of their behavior.
