We rented a property from them for 4 and a half years. The rent was decent for the area. However, it took a few days for the agents to get back to my flatmate and I and a week on average to sort out any issues. The agency is rather small - only two people work there - and the agents struggle to cope with work. You do not have a number to call them - you can only reach them via email. When moving out we were charged for not cleaning under the bed! We had hired a professional cleaning agency to clean for us. We were surprised that they came up with something like that. I was also charged for a landlord reference I had asked for, which was never sent to me. It took two months to get out deposits back. When looking to sell the flat they constantly had people coming to see it, at short notice, sometimes waking us up early during weekends. They sometimes didn't have an agent to show people around so we had to do that for them. I would not recommend this agency. They are not the worst out there but that says a lot about how bad things are really.

The property was lovely, based in Manchester City Centre. A big two bedroom flat with two bathrooms. We never met the landlord, the agency dealt with all issues. The furniture was cheap Ikea one but we didn't mind.

The neighbourhood was centrally located. There was a car park within the block of flats at no extra cost, which was great.
