Agency have no clue was to do. We had some many issues. A few were issues were promised to be fixed before we moved in, that didn’t happen! We would have to email for months on end just to get someone to come out and look at the problem!

We moved into a ground floor flat in withington.
It was a lovely cozy flat, it had old fashion radiators, which made things a little difficult, as you could never actually turn it off. But, other than the flat was nice and in a good location.
