never showed up and denied all the problems upon checking in - some were major: door lock doesn't work, windows can't close, extremely dirty which caused us allergic reactions, oven full of rust etc...so glad we got out of the contract eventually yet he still want to claim unfair fees while we already over paid him and over paid a lot of fixings by ourselves - avoid this kind of people in your life and one day his meanness will flourish and bloom in his own life
