I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO RENT A ROOM/PROPERTY FROM THIS AGENCY
- The overall state of the house is poor
- The carpets are frayed, lifting and dirty
- The tiles on the kitchen floor had holes in them
- All replaced appliances arrived second hand and dirty, not even refurbished
- There was one grey bin outside that inadequately held the waste from 8 residents at the property
- The cleaners 'cleaned' the property on an adhoc basis
- The cleaners used my own cleaning products
- The cleaners entered my room without knocking, with no excuse. The cleaners are only permitted to clean communal areas of the property
- Items would go missing after the cleaners had been to the property
- The cleaning standards of the cleaners is poor, you could tell the floors were mopped with only water
- The residents have no control over the heating.
- There has been a bed frame in the garden for approx 2 months
-The extractor fan light doesn’t work and isn’t connected to an outside source so the heat circulates around the kitchen
-the boiler has been leaking for months, they tell us to put a bowl under it and change it
-some of the rooms have exposed wires and are unfurnished
-lots of the lights are missing in the ceilings
-there are mice at the property
-there is mould on the ceilings

Since I arrived the house's conditions hasn't lived up to the rent price. In particular, my room was and still is unfinished. There is a huge spot under my desk where the moquette is missing and you can see exposed cables. One of the lights has fallen and is dangling from the ceiling. The furniture's insides were all dirty and dusty when I arrived and the trash can is still missing.

There is 7 rooms in the main house and an 8th room in the garden (external build). The rooms that i have seen werr of ok size but the extrrnal build i was in the moulde was horrendus and it was like talking to a brick wall regarding someone coming to sort it so i bought remover and repainted the whole 'external build' at my own expence!
The price of the rent was high and also i had to pay for a card meter for the electric
My ultimate experience was awfull, i handed in my notice (30days to leave) and another person came to view and wanted it stright away, i agreed to move out early for the other tenant and we had agreed on a moving out date, i went back to the house the day before to find my stuff outside in binbags and some personal itwms missing, i was fuming and rand the agency and they were having none of it, they got the house owner to call me and he claimed unless i calmed down he wasnt even willing to have a conversation with me. I told him my stuff was in bags and i have had a printer missing a blender and another item (i cant remember) he then told me i had to pay for the cleaner because i was supposed to clean before i leave! I pointed out im still a legal tenant and it was illegal to enter my room and remove my things before theagreed date so he quickly dropped the charge and said it wouldnt effect my deposit. I then rang back theagency and the lady claimed that times are hard and id have to come to a reasonable agreement for missing things so i regret to say i agreed and just took payment for my printer as i needed one for work. They are quick to take your money but none responsive to any issues. If youd ask my advise id say stay away from this company

The property is an 8 bed, the carpet is frayed and lifting in communal spaces. I was living for 2 months without heating, there is carpet missing in my bedroom that they have refused to fix. The drier is damaged and makes noises when you switch it on, complaints regarding the microwave resulted in 2 second hand microwaves where the RUST was painted over. A leak that is still ongoing is pouring onto a light switch. If they can avoid fixing it, they will. Its absolutely disgusting. The property is cold and the agency make threats via text to charge us because people are using electric heaters to stay warm. There is mould in the bathrooms and damaged sinks. The machine was leaking for months and they replaced it with something in worse condition.

These are the conditions they have people living in. I wouldnt wish this on my enemy!
