I got on well with the landlord, she was good at responding to me, and house repairs were done quickly by handyman Dave.

Friendly and helpful, good with communication if there were any issues to sort out. Helped me resolve some issues with other tenant.

My partner and I shared 1 bedroom within the small 3 bed property, with 1 bathroom shared between 4 tenants. When one of the other tenants moved the landlord persistently advertised and arranged viewings with couples, after we had asked her not to do so. A previous tenant had her full deposit held back due to repairs to the bathroom that were really home improvements.
Upon leaving (after 5 months only) we were charged £30 to varnish a wooden work surface next to a poorly designed sink. The surface had not been treated for several years and we were not informed that it may become an issue when we arrived.
