A very sunny house, great flatmates too! I lived at the house for 2.5 years until I got married and was sorry to leave.

The house was well looked after - the interior was freshly painted. Her builder boyfriend managed any problems with the house, he asked one of his decorators to deal with it, or did it himself.

Main problems were with the housemates leaning rota, and their tidying in the sitting room and kitchen.

Lovely, well decorated and furnished. Really quiet street as it’s a cul de sac. Very sunny garden

The house was nicely decorated, however there were various problems due to poor installation by the landlord and maintenance performed by her partner.

Recently decorated; nice, modern decor BUT not professionally done. Which means: the bathroom and kitchen sinks do not drain properly, the downstairs kitchen has no draining unit which means the sealant around the sink is coming off and the wood is not treated properly and starting to swell. The cupboards are full with the landlord's stuff that they used to decorate. There is no banister on the stairs which is a health and safety hazard, as well as no kitchen door which as well as being a fire hazard it means it's very noisy for the rest of the house when someone's in the kitchen.
