Landlord reviews for Conrad Green in London

This landlord did not care about the fact that his property was falling apart while we lived there. There was black mould growing on the bedroom walls and my clothing. A pipe under the bathtub was leaking, causing the bathroom to be humid and mouldy. Winkworth, the management company hire by Conrad Green, was unprofessional and terrible at managing issues with the property. The landlord ended up evicting us (no fault eviction) because he simply wanted to see if he could find new tenants that would pay more. We received the eviction notice after already agreeing to a £250 monthly raise with the landlord and having signed a new lease agreement. We were good tenants who always paid rent on time and took care of Conrad's property. He did not see us as humans but as cash cows. Meanwhile, Conrad, as the producer of Dancing with the Stars, is living in LA and living his best life.
